Windows XP is so slow and freeze often I run adware,virus scan ,clean the fan, restore still doesn't help it can't used it because it so mess up I don't know what to do any help or advice Thanks Much BJ

Do all these things below in the order I tell you. If they dont help I would recommend taking your computer to Best Buy or another place that has a computer fixing area.

Step 1:

Open a webpage, go to tools, go to internet options, delete files, delete cookies, and clear the history, click apply, click ok.

Step 2:

Open a webpage, go to tools, reset web settings, click ok

Step 3:

Download from ewido.com, get their free trial, run it, delete anything they say is wrong.

Step 4:

Go to google.com, search for Ad Aware, download it, run it, delete anything it says is wrong.

Step 5:

Go to google.com, search for Spybot - Search and Destroy, download it, run it, delete anything it says is wrong.

Step 6:

Reset your computer.
