How to remove this file pls help me?

i'm using Mcafee virus scan+ and it found a spyware pogram of the type adware look2me. It is located in system32 and the file name is fktmqgcv.dll . When i delete it an error says it is used by another person or program. I tried deleting it in safe mode but it didnt work. Pls help me.

download that program, install it, update it, run it, then run it AGAIN in safe mode
go to start, control panel then go to add or remove programs...

and then try to find the file there it will be there and then click on remove or change
You may have to use a dos disc to boot up and then remove the file via a dos prompt. Do you know how to?

The file is in use, so it cannot be deleted. Go to download.com and get the free program Spybot Search and Destroy. Install it, let it update itself, then have it scan your system and fix whatever issues it finds. If it cannot delete your file, it will ask for permission to scan your system at restart, so it can stop the file from loading into memory. Then it will be able to delete the file.
